Pukani LR cutting

Pukani LR arrived today from BRS. I was unsure of how much I would need. I requested albs of the biggest and largest most unique. It arrived as one massive rock that wouldn't fit in the tank. I sawed in half and got two unique rocks that still barely fit in the tank. I was aiming for three seperate pieces but two will be fine.

How long did it take you to saw the rock in half?

a long ass time. it is a workout needless to say.

Did you consider dropping on the concrete or a chisel? It makes things look more natural. I could understand if your were going for a flat base though.

I wanted to keep the pieces as big as possible. I only used saw to make two rocks with flat surfaces to lay flat on the tank. I would have preferred 3 separate rocks but two two I got by sawing this one in half turned out to be good enough.
