Bangai Cardinal

I love and hate this fish. I'm starting a 38 Nuvo and I'm unsure if it's worth adding the banggai. Every time I stop by my LFS I can't help but stop at the banggai tank and stare...but at the same time I feel this fish isn't active enough.

The way I see it is that even though he isn't super active, at least he is always out rather than hiding. Plus everyone loves him since he looks like an alien!!
