Do you think snakes have a sub conscience?

That's a bit difficult to answer for me, as that part of the brain causes actions and feelings. They act (react) to stimuli etc, but don't feel anything about it. They lack the part in their brain that allows them to feel happy, sad etc. They are purely reactive to their environment.

I'd like to think that he loves me back - but sadly, he doesn't have the capability. I am lucky that he is a less reactive than most others of his species and he was the best money I've ever spent. He will be with me for the rest of his life (hopefully another 20-25 years.)

Everyone has told me that they are quite addictive, but I have been able to keep it at just one. If Moose was ever to go (I hope that he doesn't and dies of old old age) I would get a blue phase tree snake, I think they are amazing.
