OMGSIIK Posted June 10, 2013 what type of flow and lighting do you have these guys in? I have a goni frag that hasn't opened up in a month but the frag still has color and minimal polyp extension. Just when I think it will extend it doesn't. Quote Link to comment
VicD Posted June 10, 2013 I've got a green one which was an impulse buy when I first started getting corals, had i known they came in red i would have gotten that one! FML! After reading up on them everyone is scaring me but it looks so healthy! Its polyps are extending now more then ever! Quote Link to comment
uvhk Posted June 10, 2013 I have both green and red in a 30 gallon tank. I have a canister filter at one end and a marineland emperor 280 on another end. This sits in center of the tank. I feed them brine shrimp twice a week and also feed marine snow or zooplankaton twice in a week. Both of them do really well and extend a lot. And I have four T5HO lights . So far no difficulty at all in maintaining them. It is nearly an year. Quote Link to comment
