Possibly three? It looks like there's another one on the backside.

There's 4 heads and 5 mouths one over the back, little one front left, center and 2 mouths on the right head.

I was trying to get a shot with the mouths just protruding but as soon as i flicked the lights on the suck back in.

I see your in AUS, thats a cool find. Ive never seen a scoly here in the states with more than two heads. Maybe a triple ive seen once. Pretty rarelil pieces you got there.
