My first flower anemone was purchased today from Aquascapers. It will arrive Friday. Any suggestions?

My suggestion would be to send it to me. Absolutely beautiful
I have one from Aquascapers as well! Doing great! Put it by a crack in your LR and it's foot will soon attach. I've had mine 3 months and it hasn't moved. I occasionally feed it but it doesn't need it. One of my favorites in my tank! Very nice!
Aquascapers has great rock nems! Highly recommended. And they take great pics!
I'm interested to hear if it looks like that under typical lighting. The oral disc looks nice and purple in the pic.
I was planning to put it on the sand level since I don't have too much LR and because "...sold 'potted' in PVC endcaps. This allows them to be easily placed into the sand bed of the reef aquarium...", according to the aquascapers site.
Sure, np but let me enjoy it for a while.
Everybody else, thank you for your comments. I appreciate it. I can't wait for it to arrive.
beautiful! I'm pretty sure it'll be one of your favs soon enough!
Mine was sent without the PVC end cap. Was attached to a small piece of LR which I placed by my larger LR. It eventually moved off the small piece it came on and onto my LR. Is a very cool nem!
It will be very complicated to answer this question. My lights are anything but typical. I'm hopping it will look at least as good under my actinic
It already is...especially after I paid 50 shipping for an 80 item.
i see, it might be a problem. If it's missing the pipe I'll place it in one that is 1-2mm shorter than my substrate.

It came in a pipe. So far so good.
But it came with a bonus
anemone without a pipe. It took me 2 days to convince it to mount around the designated area.
