about an hour after I had accliamted my clownfish and my highfin, i noticed my yellow clown perched, then he swam a bit and turned belly up :(, I dont know how he died. It probably coul have been stress, a few days before he had been heavy breathing, He was eating normal and everything and was finally coming out to the open. I fed him to my fungia to see if it would eat the clown, and yes it did

if you notice your new fish breathing hard, you might want to get some more oxygen to the tank, either by shooting a powerhead at the surface of the water, or adding an air stone.
