Unlikely roomates

A few years back i owned a dwarf golden moray eel and bluespot jawfish. The eel would occasionally enter the jawfish burrow and just hangout. Initially the jawfish was absolutely pissed but since he couldnt force the eel out he had to just deal with it until the eel left on his own. Eventually the jawfish got used to him and the two became very unlikely roommates. ..

Haha, they look great together. This picture was one of the few stories and experiences that made me get one as well.

This is AMAZING! I only know of one other person who had a jawfish and a gdm, and the eel ate the jawfish!

Thanks again guys. Hey eks that jawfish was a bit too big for the eel to eat which is one of the reasons they were able to cohabitate. The jawfish wasnt scared of the eel at all just agitated that he wouldnt leave his burrow regardless of how much he "jawed" at him..lol

I love how the jawfish looks pissed and the eel is just sitting there with that stupid smile like a troll. Haha.

Yea it was really funny because the jawfish would sometimes almost have the eels entire head in his mouth in an attempt to intimidate him but the eel would just sit there undeterred.
