Looks good! Keep them fingers crossed, but with just adding dividers to a tank that was already made you should have no prob at all!

Nice sump, how often are you needing to top up? The return chamber is small. I have the same problem with mine, I tried to make the return as big as possible, tough when you have a small sump. Well done!

I use an avast ATO. Haven't had the tank running yet to tell you how much it's losing :P it's going on a 25 cube. For silicone I used half marineland aquarium sealant, and when that ran out I bought a tube of GE 100% silicone (red tube) its just plain old rubber. I used acrylic and glass for baffles, no reason other than I made a weird decision half way. Whether you go glass or acrylic the GE stuff is by the acrylic sheets in home depot, says it bond plastics, but does outstanding on glass. Thanks for the comments guys! I'll post a shot of it hooked to the tank when it's up.

3000. I'm killing it on the flow :D but I put a ball valve on, closed the grill a little and kicked it back a bit. I'll probably buy an 1800 down the road though, I don't want to burn the 3000 out.. It was from my 46 bow that I decided against but decided to keep the same equipment minus the sump. Which reminds me anyone wanna buy an eshopps r-100? :)
