Reflection, Spotted

wow what kind of fish is that ?

Its a green spotted puffer.

Are those reef safe? They tend to be real nippers of fish... I would think they would chow down on almost anything.

I had a green spotted puffer once.. killed everything in my tank! :'(

I've had 2 of them, lost the first one when I moved last year and have been looking for one since. Neither have been aggressive, but if you aren't feeding them enough you may run into problems. The every other day feedings typical in nano reefs will not work for these fish, they have a voracious appetite. I have kept these in fresh, brackish and marine, and oddly enough they are the most "healthy" looking and docile in marine.

I also have fairly aggressive fish, large cardinals, established shrimp goby, clown and blenny, so he fits right in.

I kept Molly's once in saltwater, just to see if i could do it.

Amazingly awesome!! So yellow and electrifying-looking.
