5 or 6" I don't have an exact size just guestimating mine.

Any fish that are small enough it may eat.

Mine was in with a tiny female mandarin for 2+ years until the mandarin died. The clownfish are also smaller then him. They all eat together. I think mine may be the exception as I have heard of them eating fish. I also got mine when he was about 2" so he likely did not spend much time in the wild hunting fish.
