Woah, overkill indeed - you could have like a dozen more fish in that setup

I used to run a standard 6ft tank but the cost and time required to keep it running was getting hard for me so I decided to downgrade to a smaller tank but I kept all my gear to make it a lot easier to maintain.

I don't have to do water changes often any more and water chemistry is a lot more stable.
