I don't know much about it. I just wanted a watch with a 24hr watch face and this was one of the only ones I could find (I use Military time at work). The brand is Raketa, which has been making watches in Russia for a long time. They are cheap and vary in quality, but I think it looks unique. Here is the manufacturers website http://pchz.narod.ru/, not much help though unless you can read Russian (you can run it through the google page translator).
