Jasoncgnu Posted September 18, 2009 Did you photoshop the back or is it really that clean? Quote Link to comment
Phixion Posted September 18, 2009 Excellent! So when can I purchase some fine nuk greens from you? lol Quote Link to comment
davidncbrown Posted September 18, 2009 Id say photoshop. The colors are really saturated and you can see the back through the right side of the tank. Quote Link to comment
masterbuilder Posted September 19, 2009 Look better now. Need feedback on how it really looks on a good monitor. Several people have told me I needed to up the saturation and increase the contrast on the pics I upload here, they looked dull. Guess I over did it. Anyways thats my tank...colors right or not. SmittyCoco Posted September 19, 2009 Did you really remove the rock wall ? Or just cut it out with Ps ? Quote Link to comment
cdavmd Posted September 19, 2009 looks great on a mac over here...nice colors, love the black void background, makes everything really stand out. Quote Link to comment
masterbuilder Posted September 19, 2009 Rock wall is gone. Made a removeable acrylic wall that can be lifted out and easily cleaned. Quote Link to comment
neuwave Posted September 19, 2009 nice rock work and its a nice look with the same coral in multiple spots. Gives it more of nature aquarium look rather than a just a mix of croals. good job. Quote Link to comment
CosmicAquatics Posted September 19, 2009 I like the idea of an acrylic back that can be cleaned. Quote Link to comment
masterbuilder Posted September 19, 2009 Thanks for the comments. Now its a waiting game for the Caps to grow out as well as some of the Acan frags. Then I hope it will look the way I planned. I am saving one spot for a cool yellow Acan frag that I see every now and then from a seller on another forum. The removable background is dirt simple. A sheet of black acrylic in front of the existing back, held in place with two plastic clips. Lift out out, soak in the sink with vinegar and looks like new. Mark Quote Link to comment
