this picture proves the resilience of acans. They have feeder tentacles deployed on the cut zones.

Wow, they look just like my Acans... in my BC 14...

And as for resilliant... mine had 1/8 or less of a pittiful looking polyp and it's starting to grow out from there, only some feeder tentacles and a tiny sliver of mouth and it's comming back.

Then again, all my acans love feeding time.
