I don't know. I fed mine one silverside a week and he starved to death. Plus when their little they have faster metabolisms. I'd say once every three days.

I thought these guys were not Reef Safe? But I don't know much about them.

Technically, they aren't considered reef safe b/c they munch on other fish. But this guy is tiny and he resides in my prop tank. All he has to eat are fish that are at least 4-5 times bigger than he. Although they've known to try and swallow things much bigger than themselves.

Oooh So They wont much on zoas, mushrooms or other corals?

What about Shrimps? I tried doing a search but couldn't find out much info.

BettaMan - they don't eat corals, as far as I know. Shrimp is fair game.
