Nice scaping! Looks like I see some surface buildup. Might just be the photo, but if not try adjusting your flow directions to break up the surface. I added a Hydor Flow to the return on my NC 24...probably the best thing I've done so far, and cheap.

Yeah those flat pieces they gave you are killer. Too bad they don't always give out so well balanced pieces.
