n0rk Posted December 5, 2008 Well I couldn't help you much with Nikon as I'm pretty much strictly Canon in SLR.. though, a good quality prime lens although expensive now will pay you back in the long run. Look for image stabilisation if you can find it, I know with the Canon ones you can get around 5 or so stops of leeway so I'd expect the Nikkor ones to be similar. Remember - less elements means better image quality. Quote Link to comment
