Was he that way when you got him? Looks stressed chemically or machanically and his mouth should be green and he looks a little pale. What do you feed it and what kind of light do you have? The pink and orange rics need a little more light then others they are commonly found in shallower water.

Still a nice mushroom is that only one you have. btw nice coralline.

That pic was taken a while back when it was in my first tank, a 2.5 gallon with only 18w of PC. Now it's sitting under a 70w halide, and it has colored up very nicely just as you mentioned in your post. I feed it when I feel like it, and when I do it's usually cyclopeez, fish, or shrimp. Since that pic it grew another mouth, and I also have a green ric. And thanks for the coralline comment

cool the second mouth means it will split soon, must be happy now.
