zoanthids on the koralia powerhead!!! Your tank is very nice and very crowded. May be it is time to UPGRADE to a bigger one =)

the tank is very crowded, but I pretty much leave things to gro as they will. Corals (if they can) will natuarally move to get more light. I do have to trim back things sometimes. I am currently shopping for a new tank to put in its place. Thanks for all the comments!

One of my favorite pics ever. I really wasn't thinking about any SPS for my tank, but after seeing this pic, I'll be on the lookout for a piece of that montipora. What kind is it? Simply beautiful!!! Well done.

Its just your common Montipora Capricornus. It really thrives in this tank. It almost grows too fast. I had a large peice of green Monti that grew really fast too. I have found that with proper water care, suplementation, and flow some sps specied do pretty well under the stock lighting.

it is a very very nice tank ... did you super glue the zoanthids onto your koralia pump?

That is a BTA. I have had two in this tank and both of them lost their bubbles. I have upgraded to a 150w MH with a 14k Pheonix bulb in the last few weeks. It still has not got any bubbles. But I have read that the bubbles are not directly releated to light.

I change about 4.5 gallons per-week. I use Tropic Marin Pro Reef Salt.

Yes, I just glued them on the Koralia. I am just going to let them spread out on it. I just thought they didnt blend in well so I just glued two little grags on there.

I think you have to feed them for their bubble to come back ... my friend did that ... not sure if it works for every BTA
