Start adding garlic to your food, worked perfectly for me. Never has come back and fish are healthy and happy. Get fresh garlic for best results.

If you do treat with meds don't do it in your tank, it will kill all your corals. I hear the garlic works and you can do it in your tank. You are pushing the size limit with that fish in your tank.
