somoney Posted July 19, 2007 I "LOVED" the rebel for life shots because of the Boken effect (Blur arround subject but subject stays focused), However for Macro work it was just too much fiddling with settings. The Lumix FZ50 has a manual focus feature that places a small .5" square in the middle of the shot and does a 100% digital zoom on it. So I focus to that and the pictures come out consistently in focus. Quote Link to comment
