I rescued this coral from the LFS and of course it was unidentified. Looks to either be a Porites sp. or Stylophora sp. It was in pretty bad shape, but now all the polyps are opening and the edges are expanding.

Looks like porites to me. I bought a similar one too but mine is intense yellow at the tips. It is bleached badly, but I cut it up in frags and the polyps are now out. Hopefully it will grow and not loose it color.
