He absolutely loves it! Just give em plenty of places to hide, lots of tunnels and they will be happy as can be. Mine likes to sleep under rocks at night. He will alternate through out about 5 or 6 different spots every few nights.

One thing you must becareful with is the selection of fish you put in there with it. In a 30 they have a little more room to go off on thier own but if you house them with a more aggressive fish in a Nano they might not do so well.

yeah when i had my ocelarris he used to beat the tar out of the poor wrasse so i had to get rid of him. the wrasse has since grown his tail fin back and is happy as can be in the 30 but i was worried about having to give him away since he has been one of the fish that ive wanted to keep since i started this hobby over 2 years ago.

i really think a 7 is too small but i will see how he fares. thanks for the tips! he'd definitely be the only fish in there if i do end up keeping him :)

(y) Thats great that you love the Wrasse! Excelent choice of fish to have wanted from the beginning! They have such a personality. I was actually reading some where that scientists did a study that suggested that Wrasses actually dream when they sleep; Amazing huh?! I think that Wrasses' have about the most "Normal" sleeping cycle much like a human.

If its alone, A seven should be fine. Besides it will leave room for some cool inverts! Best of luck to you Steve!
