Looks like a Galaxea sp. closed up to me. If it is indeed a Green Galaxea, they have just about the longest, most potent sweeper tentacles of any LPS. don't put anything right next to it, definetely give it some space.

Thx. I got it at a lps and they told me that it wasn't doing well - got it at a bargain price and it seems to be acclimating well in my tank now. Its bases are starting to grow more and tts tentacles do stretch very long. Only mushrooms are close to it and nothing else.

its goniopora. It likely wasnt doing well at the lps because they only live about 18 months in captivity
