Tostito Posted January 21, 2007 I'm using a 70 watt Sunpod with stock bulb and a 96watt coralife pc - 50/50. I think the Camera makes it look that blue. Regardless, it looks nice Quote Link to comment
locduong1 Posted January 23, 2007 how often do you feed your corals in a week and what do you feed them with??? does bioplankton work good for the corals??? Quote Link to comment
Tostito Posted January 23, 2007 I actually don't feed the corals. They don't seem to require feeding. The yellow polyps will usually grab cyclopeeze flakes that I feed the fish, as will some of the mushrooms. I once in a while dose with aragamilk, but that's all. Quote Link to comment
locduong1 Posted January 24, 2007 how long did it take you for your purple coraline to grow on your live rocks??? Quote Link to comment
Tostito Posted January 25, 2007 The pieces of live rock with the coraline algae are from my 1 year old 6 gallon nano cube that I took down to upgrade to this 24 gallon aquapod. So I'd say it took a good 6 months for those rocks to become pretty well covered. Quote Link to comment
punk-o-rama Posted January 25, 2007 props on the tank!! If you look closely there is a blenny on the sand and what looks like an Orchid Dottyback or maybe a Strawberry Dottyback. Quote Link to comment
Tostito Posted January 25, 2007 Yes, there are 3 fish in there. You can see the 6 line by the leather and the yellow watchman on the sand. There is also a Royal Gramma in there. Quote Link to comment
Tostito Posted March 15, 2007 Thanks everyone, but the tank no longer looks like this. It's completely changed since my bf and I took down our 90. Natrate: Tostitos are good Quote Link to comment
