aquaman590 Posted January 6, 2007 Any pics of what the brain looked like after eating the damsel? Just curious, but...what did the brain spit back out after eating it? Musta been pretty gnarly. Quote Link to comment
shaggydoo541 Posted January 6, 2007 Yeah it didn't digest even half of the guy, spit up a giant white hunk of damsel flesh.... Still though it was pretty cool. It sat in the brains 'stomach' for a full day. Only thing I have seen that was close to that was when my 2' carpet spat out a full grown foxface. That was even gnarlier, but much more expensive Quote Link to comment
travisurfer Posted January 6, 2007 lol, i remember it from awhile back too. what happened to the 2' carpet? Quote Link to comment
shaggydoo541 Posted January 6, 2007 Yes this pic again... I can't get enough of it. I love brains and I hate damsels... perfect picturization of my ideas in one pic. The 2' carpet is fine and gettin bigger daily... although it is getting the crap kicked out of it by GSP... go figure? But it has killed 3 fish so far and is a suspect in a number of other deaths. Needless to say we have stopped buying anything new for the 90G until we can get the carpet into a tank of its own. Quote Link to comment
reefinnewb Posted January 6, 2007 My brain just ate my clownfish. It got caught in my PH and when i turned the pump off it swam right into the brain and it was all over from there. Barely any waste at all. It was huge afterward. Sorry guys no pictures. BTW it was a juvy. Quote Link to comment
travisurfer Posted January 6, 2007 reefinnewb, the exact same thing happened to my yellowtail damsel with an aquaclear except cozmo got him afterwards. Quote Link to comment
shaggydoo541 Posted January 7, 2007 I can't believe your brain ate you clown. It must have been really hurt by the PH. My clown sleeps in my brain every night. Quote Link to comment
halfpint Posted January 11, 2007 Serves him right!!! I hated my blue damsel from the week I got him. He lived 4 years, and just died last week. I was still kinda sad, since I had him for so long. Quote Link to comment

sparticleveland Posted January 29, 2007 Oh, NO. Don't tell me these devils can live 4 years! Mine is the terror of the 12g High Seas. heh. So, um, do you think I could have a coral like this in a 12G? j/k Quote Link to comment
