i have to disagree - i like the bare bottom look, and it keeps the tank a million times cleaner, without a chance of an eventual crash from accumulated detritus.

however, covering the bottom with some type of growth (xenia, GSP, shrooms, etc) can look nice too...

overall, im loving the aquascape, and SPS.

Wow very cool SPS tank. Is that live rock all there is for biological filtration? Dosing? Feeding?

I second the bare bottom look! I think though that those sps are way too close together to be in there an extended period of time. Also do you have enough live rock?

I would like to see this tank in 12 months. ;)

height is 30cm (10inches), length is 65 cm (22 inches), width is 50 cm but there is supposed do be a false wall at about 35 cm in the back to make the seios and the skimmer invisible.. the light is the best you can get here, ATI T5HO 4x24 watts.. skimmer is a sander maxiskim. 2 small seios and a big one, my guess is more than 70x turnover.. 2 black occelaris and one sixline

no sand will be added, sorry

Im more of a natural look kinda guy, this of course doesnt look natural wihtout sand and pumps showing.

But its a nice modern/art deco look :)
