Definitely a gator and definitely just too cold to do much of anything. I think shows like that are despicable. Makes the rest of us who do real educational demonstrations look bad. I do find it interesting when people use those large gators but keep them under spotlights to highlight their "attraction". Start the demo in the morning and by about lunch time that gator is warm enough to realize he's hungry. Always fun to watch the guy/girl try to work with the gator then. Just shows that they really don't have the skill set or training to work with animals of this caliber.

Nah, I also work with 'Gators at the aquarium. This one definatly hasn't sunned for the day in order to become active, which might be wise in this particular setting. It just shouldn't be done often.
