thanks travisurfer (cool avatar, btw). just got him today. his colors showed up much better than i thought. the best part is that he explores every inch of my rockwork...finding caves and passages i never knew i made!

do you have one too?

awesome akb1 and ecotoxlady! she's eating brine shrimp...so far so good. i'll be feeding her some frozen mysis tomorrow. finally, a fish that appreciates the work you put into a nano reef!

good shot. Those guys are cute but once they get a taste for brine shrimp you can never put any kind of cleaner shrimp in the tank. I thought my little baby six line was adorable until he pecked the eyeballs out of a peppermint shrimp 5 times his size!

dude is it hard to care for sun coral i heard you have to target feed it and if i did that all my fish and shrimps would eat it how do you feed yours?

my six line committed suicide by jumping out of the tank. hope you have a tight hood.

hairyreed - my sun coral almost always opens at night so i target feed it some phytoplankton...so far it seems be taking it. it looks super nice when it opens up...too bad it happens when the lights go out.

tippeframe - sorry to hear that...probably needed some prozac. did you get another one? i got a tight hood...but i'll be careful not to startle her too much when i prop the hood open to do my weekly cleaning/changes.
