Found several of these that I removed and then did a freshwater dip, more seem to be appearing though.

I dont know what they are called, but they made up about 10% of the sand around the surf zone when i was snorkelling in Fiji - I think they are skeletal fragments from some sort of bryzoan or formaniferan, but I am not sure -
