Nuhtty Posted December 12, 2005 Few problems. #1- The motor for a car windshield wiper may not be strong enough. #2 - The oscillation time would need to be very slow for there to be a significant change. #3 - The amount of water displaced by the oscillating arm would need to be substantial in order for there to be a significant amount of water movement in the tank.
