Shot of a single polyp of my armageddon zoanthids. Submitting this shot for the contest since it is a somewhat unique view of the zoanthid photograph. Taken though the glass, ISO100, f/11, 1 second. Thanks for looking!

Hahaha :) Thanks Pili! I don't know about that though, there are quite a few nice shots up already and I'm sure more to come :)

Six, unfortunately that is by design. I have had some issues in the past with stolen photographs, some for profit, so I was left no choice but to leave a watermark that is visible, and if cropped out will ruin the composition of the shot.

a little photoshop and that watermark could be gone. isnt there that software watermark thing that brands the file without leaving evidence on the picture?

Yeah, it isn't difficult to remove the watermark but it does two things: It requires effort on the theif's part, and more importantly it makes it clear that the image is not to be stolen or used without consent.

There is no such thing as the perfect or unbreakable watermark, invisible watermarks are out there that go in the data, but can be defeated just as easily. Screen shot and a crop.
