Can they be Red Bugs?
nope they are flatworms
Amphipod\Copepod on the left. Makes for good seahorse and mandarin goby food. Looks like flatworms to me also. I believe velvet nudibranchs will eat those up and then kill everything in your tank when they die...
If the flatworms are on the glass you can kinda loosen them and suck them up with a turkey baster.
id say you have an infestation you might want to try some flatworm exit

Mandarin gobies have been known to eat brown flatworms. You should not buy one thought just for that purpose. Siphon them out with airline tubing.

a freshwater dip will kill the flatworms very rapidly. i got rid of my flatworms by dipping all my rocks and siphoning the ones on the glass and sand
