NEED ID!

The small rock in the centre of the pic was purchased as live rock for all the yellow polyps on it and over the last month it has grown small bunches of coral-like braches. only 2cm tall, branches seem to have transparent hairs on them. No idea what it could be. Im thinking macro, some sort of sponge, or perhaps a gorgonian or a coral??

Thoughts please!

anemone is mojano, kill it before it spreads and kills off stuff, as for the other stuff, pic is bad, but check hydroids maybe

the little red anemone could be a ball anemone.. does it have red/pink base with clear tenticles with what looks like little white balls on them? if it does then they are really cool...and ok

Well, continuing through your gallery...did you ever get the black stuff ID'd? Doesn't look like hydroids to me...

Hello!!

Im thinking it was some sort of macroalgae as when I introduced some turbosnails they ate it all up!

Unusual looking macro! I'm sure you're right, tho.

How about the majano? They're so pretty, I'd hate to have to get rid of them...
