SEA-LAB #28 Automatic Replenisher

 

I saw this at Jeff's exotic fish and was wondering if it worked well at keeping water quality up.

i just started using it this year. i've seen it around forever but never really wanted to chance it but so far no problems. i can't say i've seen anything exceptional from using it so far (only last 4 months or so) though.

 

the initial dosing (bricks) dissolved fairly quickly (couple of days). the second dosing and the ones thereafter lasted about a week before completely dissolving. i guess nsw levels were reached (according to the manufacturer).

 

i've used it on three tanks so far consistently/continuously but again i haven't seen anything out of the ordinary from its use. ymmv as you have different livestock and likely use different salt (bio-sea) than i do. hth
