nanonut
Hello everyone! I have two things for sale first is a Purple Pillow frag 1" cultured in my tank for about 5 months now and has grown considerably since it was clipped. Pricing is $100 which includes overnight shipping by USPS Express mail and a styro box. If you are local and can pick it up, the price is $75. I offer a live arrival guarantee when shipping. You will be refunded $100 minus whatever the shipping costs me. There will be no gurantee if you use a two part epoxy, I have the frag on plastic plug as you can see just drill hole in your rock and push it in, simple. You can check out my gallery for pics of the mother colony and you will see what yours will look like in a 2 years. Mine started as a 1" frag over 2 years ago. Second, is a two polyp frag of blastomussa wellsi. It is purple with a mint green lace as you can see. NOTE: the other blastos on either side of the purple one are not included in this sale. This is only for the two polyp frag of the PURPLE with MINT GREEN Lace. Each polyp is probably about the size of a quarter or half dollar when expanded. Very healthy and also in my system for a while. The price is $60 which includes overnight shipping USPS Express and styro box and has a live arrival guarantee. It is $35 if you can pick it up at my house. Please check out my feedback on ebay I am nanonut on there as well, and i recently sold some zoos on here with no problems. The first person to send me a PM for each will have the chance to submit payment to my paypal account. If I receive 2 requests for the same item the person who can pick it up locally will win as the coral will have a greater chance of survival, thanks for your understanding Link to comment
Raskal311
is that sps frag a Tenius? Link to comment
nanonut
is that sps frag a Tenius? I went through this once before and finaly posted on Reefcentral and everyone that responded agreed that it was Pillow. I had not heard of a Purple pillow until they brought it up so I have called a Purple Pillow, it came from ORA a couple years ago and prior to their ID I had thought it was a Cali Tort. Either way as you can see in the colony it's awesome the last person who purchased said it was the most colorful SPS he had ever gotten as a frag and one of the most colorful in his tank. I checked out a pic on Fosters and Smith, it's definitely a Purple Pillow looks exactly the same. Thanks for the input Link to comment
Raskal311
So Pillow is the real name not just a makeup name like Purple Monster? Link to comment
The Propagator
It has to have a scientific genus name too. It does look like Tenius to me though. Link to comment
er1c_the_reefer
call whatever you want: LE purple pillow, but i agree; it looks like a. tenius. if you wanna let me know where you're located, i'll think about it if the price drops. Link to comment

nanonut
Awesome frag! Where are you located? What kind of lighting is it under? Hey, sorry I couldn't find my post I thought they deleted it. I am located in Philadelphia, PA. It's called Purple Pillow as far as I know its from ORA and that's what they call it, so you'll have to ask them, but it's definitely not tenuis. I have it under a 150watt DE halide a DIY set up. $25 bulb from ebay and advance ballast from ebay. It has some awesome color, its well worth the $75 if you can pick it up as you can see from my gallery pics of the colony, especially if you are collecting SPS. It is a fast grower too. The Propagator
Tenuis : http://www.reeffarmers.com/limitedtenuis.jpg Tenuis: http://photos.fishindex.com/acr/acropora_tenuis2386.jpg Tenuis: http://www.reefermadness.us/A_tenuis_1.htm Tenuis: http://www.reefermadness.us/RMD08190108.htm I strongly believe its Tenuis. Pic was taken with the polyps in so its harder to tell. It could be an Acropora cerealis as well though: http://www.reefcorner.com/Growth/growacerealis.htm That does not take away from the value in any way shape or form so dont get the wrong impression about what or why rascal and I are trying to find out Its just for the sake of ID. ezcompany
looks like a very sexy tricolor tenius Link to comment
Raskal311
Yes, I’d just like an scientific name on the pieces not bashing on the price at all. It’s a bit more then I’d like to pay but the buyer who does would get an awesome piece for their money. Link to comment
nanonut
So here is a pic of a PP on DRS FOSTER and Smith.
