Flow in my 24 Gallon Nano Cube

Question: I took out the stock pump from NC 24 DX put it on the outside back wall with Hydor Flo head and put a rio 800 Hyper flow in the 3 rd chamber. yes theres a bit of noise (any sugestions on the noise?) also do you think this is too much movemnet for such a small tank?

The Rio is rated @ 211gph. I have a MJ1200 (295gph) and a Azoo 1200 (317gph) in my 24g DX and sometimes I run a Rio 90 on a timer. So, no, I don't think you have too much flow.

 

What is the noise you are talking about?

This is the 17 watt, I believe? it is rated to 550 Gal/hour, plus the stoch which is 295.

The noise is pump, i have stuffed some sponge all around it but there is still noise.

I have 2 MJ1200 (both with hydro flow) in my NC24 and I am still looking for more flows...
