StrategicReef
I was wondering how to do a DIY bulkhead using electrical conduit. What is the gasket used? Should you put one on both sides of the glass/plastic? Link to comment
DKreefkeepers
they are CHEAP! just buy one and save the headache. I am a DIY guy at heart myself but there are some things that I just would rather buy. By the time you round up all the material and glue ect... you have pretty much bought one already. Daemonfly
Regular Bulkheads will always perform better. Just get some from here: http://www.aquaticeco.com/index.cfm/fuseac...gories/ssid/327 If you really want to do it, go with some pvc pieces (regular or elec conduit type) and then head over to plumbing section & get proper size o-rings. I've done it before. It's just not worth it. Regular bulkheads are just as cheap and they work much better. Link to comment
