cmjazz
I have 2 yellow finned damsels and they are distrubing my sand! I have caught them swimming over to the corner and kicking up the sand to make a pit. I've covered the pits up, but they go back when I'm not looking and do it again. I've just about given up fixing it, but they are going all the way to the bottom of the tank. What gives??? cmjazz Link to comment
idog
Gotta love damsels... This is probably some sort of mating behavior. Try taking one out and see if it continues. Link to comment
mascencerro
My y/t damsel does this all the time, and my clown does it sometimes too. They seem to always have a suspicious look when they do it. When I first spotted them, I posted to RC about it and got several replies that it was normal behavior. Link to comment
travisurfer
My clown had a similar pit in a cave. Link to comment
