Just finished curing the LR... is this normal?!?!

I just finished curing my LR which was placed in a large plastic tub with powerheads, skimmer, and heater but no lighting. I just transferred all the rocks to my aquarium and after leaving the lights (2x 55w PC) on for about 4 hrs, everything is slowly turning white!! All the purple and red corraline seem to be the most affected and I think I might've done something wrong.

 

Is this normal? What can I do to correct this (if it is a problem)?

The coraline is a little upset with you right now =(

This is bleaching out it commonly happens when you cure live rock. The rock should be introduced to a small amount of blue light at first and after about a week slowly increase white light in to the mix this will keep the coraline from turning white on you. Don't panic coraline almost always comes back it is extremly hardy.
