proggie Posted May 13, 2006 Share Posted May 13, 2006 hi reefers, ive seen this these stripey black and white arms commin out from a rock they look like brittle starfish arms but are only about 2cm long and about 1mm thick. any ideas???? Link to comment
icenine Posted May 13, 2006 Share Posted May 13, 2006 It's what you think it is, a brittle star. They type you are describing I believe will stay very tiny... a size bigger than micro star but still tiny. You will probably never see more than the arms waving about from the rock. Link to comment

You will probably never see more than the arms waving about from the rock. i had a tiny 1 cm bristle star (black/white striped arms) 17months later its a good 6". the all white sephant stay pretty small though Link to comment
