Snails

I was going to get a clean up crew for my 12g aquapod. For the snails i dont know what snails are good for what.

mostly eat green algea but only when its thin not green hair algea

astreas eat most algae on the rocks and glass, ceriths will eat algae on the glass and rocks as well as mix up your sand bed, and nassarius snails will eat left over food and mix up your sand bed. turbos are probably the best algae eaters but they'll knock over any loose frags or rocks. margaritas are much like turbos but require cooler temps so they won't last long in reef tanks. bumble bees will eat left over food but only stay up in the rock work, not worth buying IME.
