I have a ten gallon via aqua with pc lightiing, 12 pounds fiji live rock, jager 50watt heater at 75 degrees,and the stock wet dry filter from via aqua. I have 1 triiger fish, 1snowflake eel 1 banded shrimp lots of little hermits and snails and frogspawn coral. Everything is going great. I dont have an algae problem knock on wood but now im moving in 3 weeks and im afraid i disrupt everthing, i might move up to a 20 or 30 gallon also Not sure yet. Link to comment
el pez Posted January 17, 2003 Share Posted January 17, 2003 wow . man you have all the wrong animals in your tank!!!!! a trigger needs a huge tank and an eel does too. do the humane thing and go buy a 90 gallon tank for those fish. Link to comment
ross76053 Posted January 19, 2003 Share Posted January 19, 2003 Wow - I have to agree. You have no businesss with a trigger in that tank - or an eel for that matter. I'm happy that you have no algae (it must be nice), but imagine yourself in a 10x10 foot box the rest of your life. Link to comment
SaltyDawg Posted January 19, 2003 Share Posted January 19, 2003 Your triger should be in no less than a 55 g dude. It will get prety large. Like 8 inches or more and 4 or 5 high. Your eel will get a foot or more and will slither out of the top of your tank the first chance it gets. Link to comment
