Physh1 Posted December 16, 2002 Share Posted December 16, 2002 Ok...you might be asking for a little trouble wanting to put 2 fish in a 7 gallon but I'll help. Two fish IMO is the absolute MAXIMUM for fish in that volume.....some may even say one is pushing it. I think the best fish for a sub 10 gallon nano would be the common clowfish aka Percula clown. They are hardy, inexpensive, colorful, and full of life. Two would get along great and that's what I would do if I put two fish in a 7 gallon. Cameron Link to comment

You could do 1 clown 1 goby. things like: neons (g. oceanops) gold neons (g. ?) green banded (g. multifact...) clown (green and yellow) tiger (g. macradon) all stay small- 1"-2". completely non-aggressive, and you would have critters in all the water column. just a thought Link to comment
