Cetra324 Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Just got this guy acclimated. Looks even better at home than it did in the LFS tank. I hope my clowns host this guy - the color combination would be stunning. More pictures when he's really clamped onto something and fully spread out. Bah, and that damn algae. My nitrates are between 0 and 5ppm! Go away! Ahem, never mind that.
Cetra324 Posted July 13, 2005 Author Posted July 13, 2005 Different angle, sans-flash. This guy is adding -so- much color to my tank.
aleiodubua Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Any chance for a Full Tank Shot? And possibly the specs of your tank?

Running at perfect water, except the nitrates hovering around five. ;p On August 22nd, the whole thing will be moving into a 30 gallon with a 20sump, and dual 175mh with 96pc hood. So, I'm sure he'll be fine if my lighting isn't sufficient. Asked the LFS if he'd hold it until then, but not surprisingly, he couldn't. *sigh* And since they were selling a 7 inch or so RBTA for $50.00, I was thinking it wouldn't be there long. Anyway, full tank shot (before the addition of the RBTA, of course. Hammer is now in the lower left corner. )
Cetra324 Posted July 14, 2005 Author Posted July 14, 2005 Ahh, fully opened, settled in, and looking sexy.
aleiodubua Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 Wow, it opened up a lot more than I thought it would. I'd get one if it wasn't for having such a small tank with other corals.

gfk Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 i jsut got one and my clowns hosted it like 3 hours after i put it in the tank, mines way smaller then yours though
knowse Posted July 15, 2005 Posted July 15, 2005 Cetra324, Glad to hear that your upgrading the lighting for this guy, good on ya. In the mean time be sure to cover up the intakes of those ph and the filter. Bta's will wander and can easily get sucked up. Also watch it's coloring, as it isn't going to be getting enough light under those pc's, feed it well until the move. Good luck with it.
yOyOYoo Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 bit off topic, but is that a ton of cyano on the rocks in the background??
15g long Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 Looks like you have no lid. Hope that firefish doesn't end up on your carpet.
