IntegraAZ Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Yeah I have read through countlss threads on the company but I also very happy with the light I got from them. The only downfall I could possibly see was with the bulbs and you could easily replace them.

jmt Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 I believe it's the ballast that is 175w. However, single ended bulbs can have an HQI denotation. In fact, HQI is a label that was created by GE I believe.

ACBlinky Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 I'd recommend doing some searching before purchasing the fixture - I almost bought one, figured for the price it had to be too good to be true. I found some threads like this one where people were happy with the product, but also quite a few where people mentioned disappointment and/or downfalls. Since I have no personal hands-on experience with the fixture/bulbs I in no way discourage anyone from getting one, but based on the mixed reviews I've seen I'd advise taking some time to do in-depth research before purchasing.
