Hannahlyn
Sure with the picture it looks a little blah but will it work if I put some fiji or tonga in with it to seed it so to speak? I'm on a semi budget and this aside from on going water treatment costs will probablly be my biggest lump sum drop on the tank so the less expensive the better. anyways thats the question. thanks everyone oops guess you need the link http://www.bigalsonline.ca/catalog/product...id1=1695;pcid2= Link to comment

neanderthalman
I was able to find the rock after a little searching, here's the link, maybe it'll work this time. The picture suggests that the rock is fairly porous, so it might seed fairly well. I'm just curious as to how this is more economical. From what I remember, your old tank wasn't very large, and I havent heard that you're doing anything particular larger this time. If you can get LR for $5/lb, you can get 26 lb for the same price. Talk to Will at Aquarium Obsessed, he can probably get you a good price on some awesome LR. He mods some of the forums on the MASB site, so you can find him there. Link to comment
samthebigfish
if you are going to spend that kind of money to get rock why not just get already cured live rock? Link to comment
