Chris340
I purchased the moon light fix from Nanotuners.com for my 24g Nano Cube a few weeks ago. After installing the fix, I checked the moon lights and all was well. But after reistalling the hood on the tank and running my PC lights all day, the moon lights didn't come on. Well, actually one of the two LED's came on at first, but after I flipped the rocker switch on and off neither one would come back on.??? I've taken everything apart again to make sure there are no loose connections, and all connections are good to go. Any idea what could be the problem? I can't imagine that the LED's have burned out. Anyone else have problems with their stock JBJ moon lights? Link to comment
Chris340
After looking really hard yesterday for people that have had similar issues with the stock LED's I found that a few others had premature failure with them as well. Chris from Nanotuners.com was quick to respond to an email that I sent to him and he offered to diagnose my problem further if I wanted. I spent all of $20 on a small circuit board and 12v AC adapter and he's willing to take all the time in the world to make sure I’m completely happy. Now that's what I call customer service!!!! I've read it before on nano-reef.com, but I'm going to say it again....Chris, you rock. If I can find it on one of your sites, that's where I'm buying it from. Thanks again. -Chris Link to comment
