Hard and soft corals in the same nano

Recommended Posts

I have read recently that it is difficult to keep hard and soft corals in the same tank as the softies give off toxins that do for the hard corals.

Has anyone had much experience in this?

Cheers,

I HAVE KEPT HARD AND SOFT CORLAS TOGETHER. YOU SHOULD TRY AND KEEP THE LEATHERS AND MUSHROMMS AWAY FROM THE SPS BUT ALL IN ALL THEM BEING IN THE SAME TANK IS NOT A HUGE DEAL... WHAT SIZE TANK IS IT ?

Everything is relative. Size of tank, size of corals,

maintenance routine...
